<\/b><b>Company<\/b> for 15 years, in Paris and New York, his focus is on large-scale strategy and transformation assignments in<b>industry<\/b>, including both their<i>&#8220;business&#8221;<\/i> impact (operations efficiency, sales transformation, corporate restructuring) and their impact in terms of organization, leadership and change management.<\/li>\n<li>Philippe then joined <b>Oliver Wyman Delta <\/b>in Paris as a Senior Partner, before co-founding <b>Theano<\/b><b> Advisors<\/b> in 2012; he specializes in <b>organization<\/b> and structuring of <b>transformation projects<\/b>, and leads numerous missions as <em>&#8220;trusted advisor&#8221;<\/em> to senior management (aeronautics, nuclear, medical equipment, NGOs).<\/li>\n<li>Since the creation of Antheus in 2020, Philippe has been working with players in the associative, paritarian, services and energy sectors on issues of <b>governance<\/b>, <b>strategy<\/b> and <b>transformation<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li>Philippe previously worked in industry and in the <b>French administration<\/b>, where he was head of the environmental and industrial safety inspectorate in the &#8220;Pays de la Loire&#8221;
