Mission

  • To boost growth in its hydrogen station manufacturing, installation and maintenance activities, a French player specializing in green hydrogen has acquired the business of its main competitor.
  • Prior to the actual integration, the player’s general management requested support in preparing for the integration of the acquired organization.
  • The aim is to integrate the staff taken over and the business acquired as soon as the transaction closes, while ensuring continuity of services for both companies.

Approach

  • Integrated organizational design, making room for new teams (including management positions).
  • Preparing for effective integration, including:
    • Redesign of the industrial layout, to specialize the various production sites.
    • A review of the supplier portfolio, equipment and IS, in preparation for transfers,
    • Preparing to take over customer contracts.
    • Preparing HR support measures.
