- Prior to the actual integration, the player’s general management requested support in preparing for the integration of the acquired organization.
- The aim is to integrate the staff taken over and the business acquired as soon as the transaction closes, while ensuring continuity of services for both companies.
Approach
- Integrated organizational design, making room for new teams (including management positions).
- Preparing for effective integration, including:
- Redesign of the industrial layout, to specialize the various production sites.
- A review of the supplier portfolio, equipment and IS, in preparation for transfers,
- Preparing to take over customer contracts.
- Preparing HR support measures.
