• In order to meet the strategic ambition of positioning itself as an innovative digital bank, driven by an “internal” transformation of employee culture and working practices, our client has initiated a plan to evolve working practices, spaces and solutions.
• The project focuses on changing and simplifying working methods for all employees, through a number of initiatives: gradual provision of laptops equipped with the O365 suite, reorganization or relocation to new workspaces better suited to collaborative working and mobility, and promotion of new forms of cross-functionality within and between entities.
• This investment bank is looking for change management support for its 17,000-strong workforce.

• Upstream framing of the program in co-construction with our customer: content, scope, industrialization and deployment approaches, budget and management, actions to be taken, deployment strategies…
• Overall management of the transformation :
  • Change management (training system and modules, virtual classes, program ambassadors, appropriation sessions with managers, ComEx, CoDir and employees).
  • Workspaces(flex office, from design to implementation).
  • Workstations (from qualification to monitoring IT deployments, O365 hardware and software).
  • Compliance and Security (including data & Cloud issues).

• Spaces transformed for +3,000 employees :
  • +7,700 new workstations deployed.
  • +2,500 training sessions delivered.

• Strong sponsorship from senior management.
• Placing the employee at the heart of all work carried out.
• Individual and collective efficiency in multi-geographies, new modes of exchange and interaction, increased mobility, paper reduction…
• Changeover facilitated during the Covid-19 health crisis (telecommuting, remote collaboration, virtual management, etc.).
