• The announced shutdown of GSM lines is forcing France’s public electricity grid operator to provide data services to business customers who have been requesting data (e.g. consumption, load curves) directly from their meters.
• The use of data by customers or third-party service providers is on the increase, with data increasingly required in real time for plant control and supervision.
• The network operator is therefore keen to develop new data services that can be accessed via the company or third-party customer area, or via an IT interface.

• Support for the specification of data service requirements in conjunction with the business market department, customers and the French Energy Regulatory Commission (CRE).
• Framing and appraisal of requirements: management of technical feasibility studies, assessment of development costs and timescales, proposals for arbitration on business priorities.
• Cross-functional management of the development, acceptance and production launch of new services.

• Development and successful launch of 3 new data services:
  • View historical load curves,
  • Daily publication of load curves,
  • Intraday meter data collection on demand.
• Cross-functional management of 5 project teams for a total of around 50 FTEs working on the various IT bricks.
• Building a roadmap for future incremental developments of new services.
