Pierre Kalfon joins Antheus as Partner
With over 35 years’ experience in international consulting firms and boutiques, Pierre Kalfon joins the Antheus management team to develop the services sector.
Pierre Kalfon joins Antheus to strengthen the firm’s leadership team, in charge of the B2B and B2C services sector. Working alongside Philippe Duclos and Pierre-Marie Decultot, he will be responsible for developing the firm’s activities in the fields of operational strategy, organizational model evolution and change management.
With experience acquired within international firms (Accenture, CSC Peat Marwick) or boutique consultancies (Pagamon), as well as in the field of corporate communications (Harrison & Wolf), Pierre completes Antheus’ value proposition in customer experience, employee experience, operational model design and the management of large-scale transformation programs.

Pierre is a graduate of ESSEC (1988) and Cornell University (Executive Leadership Program – 2007). He speaks fluent English and is based in Paris.
