Associate / Junior Consultant: build your fundamentals
Whether you’re a recent graduate or have some initial experience, you’ll be working in multi-disciplinary teams on a variety of projects. You will be trained, supported and challenged to rapidly develop your skills in analysis, structuring, change management and customer relations.
Senior consultant: take responsibility for your assignments
With several years’ experience, you will bring your expertise to bear on complex assignments, supervise juniors and make an active contribution to customer relations. You’ll also be involved in the life and development of the firm. Autonomy and rigor are your strengths.
Manager: Give meaning to transformation

Your role
As a member of our project teams, you will play an active role in all phases of the assignment: analysis, scoping, drawing up recommendations and formalizing deliverables. Profile required
Students in their final year of a business, engineering or university master’s degree, curious, rigorous, at ease in writing and speaking, with a real team spirit. Fluent in English. A first experience in consulting or in a demanding environment is a plus.
Associate / Junior Consultant: build your fundamentals
Your role
As an associate / junior consultant, you will work in human-sized teams on a variety of assignments: operational strategy, organizational transformation, process improvement, change management. You will contribute to the production of analyses, the structuring of recommendations and the preparation of customer support material.

Profile required
As a recent graduate of a Grande Ecole or university, or with initial professional experience, you have strong analytical skills, good communication skills, and the desire to progress in a stimulating environment. Your English is fluent.
Senior Consultant: take responsibility for your assignments
Your role
You are the guarantor of the quality of analyses and recommendations on your assignments. You will supervise junior and intermediate consultants, manage the work, lead exchanges with customers and contribute to the structuring of approaches. You will work on high-stakes projects in a variety of environments.

Profile required
You have 3 to 5 years’ experience in consulting or in an environment where you have led complex projects. Autonomous, structured and results-oriented, you have already managed staff and contributed to customer relations. Your English is fluent.
Manager: give meaning to transformation
Your role
You will be on the front line in developing customer relations, managing assignments, guaranteeing the impact of our work and actively contributing to the firm’s strategy. You’ll work on major transformation projects, promote Antheus’ ambitions to customers, and play a key role in developing the skills of our teams.
Your responsibilities
- Manage missions from start to finish, with a focus on excellence and results
- Be a driving force in sales development (proposals, network, positioning)

Profile required
Experienced consultant with 6 to 10 years’ experience, part of which in a consulting firm. You have a real sense of teamwork, an ability to structure and lead ambitious initiatives, and a desire to contribute to a growing company project. You have proven development skills. Your English is fluent.
